Question 1

How does HearthPing intake and qualify a service request?

Accepted Answer

Requesters share the service they need, the location, timing, and context that helps explain the work. Depending on the service, HearthPing may ask additional qualification questions before reviewing the request and following up within one business day.

Question 2

How are qualified opportunities matched to service providers?

Accepted Answer

Providers share the service categories they support, service areas, availability, and pricing preferences. Those details help HearthPing identify better-fit opportunities, which providers can review with enough request context to decide whether the work fits their business.

Question 3

How are appointment times selected and confirmed?

Accepted Answer

After a provider is onboarded and a request is ready for the next step, available appointment slots can be reviewed. The requester and assigned provider align on the details, and the appointment is confirmed only after the selected time is booked.

Question 4

What fees apply to service providers?

Accepted Answer

The current fee policy has two separate triggers: a $25.00 charge for a confirmed booked call and 15% of verified completed-job revenue. The completed-job fee is based on verified revenue, so not every provider fee waits until the job is completed.
