When an opportunity moves forward, HearthPing coordinates the appointment for the assigned provider. Exclusivity applies to that appointment, not to leads generally.

Recorded job outcome
HearthPing follows the opportunity through the work outcome, recording completed work and verifying revenue where applicable so the completed-job fee follows realized value.
